Here at The Temple of Cornwall we follow these six values. These act as a lighthouse of sorts, for they ensure that we stay on the right path, and that we know at our core what we are about. This, in turn, means that we can better serve you from the strong foundations of these values.
At the root of everything we do, the wildish nature of the land is there. Moving in sync with our beloved Cornwall, we notice the small changes in nature and know the meaning of each shift in a leaf, in each direction the wind blows. We are the wild ones of the land and we dance with the Fae. We honour our beloved Kernow & its people with ancient rituals and ceremony, all to keep the myths, mysteries & magic alive.
We vow to instil the wild energy of the land into all that we do and offer.
We serve you and the Cornish energies with the upmost compassion. We love all unconditionally, and see the darkness and the light, accepting both halves that make up the whole. We always hold those around us with support and love.
We vow to hold the space, and bear witness to your divinity with compassion in our hearts.
As Priest/ess/exes of Cornwall, we will always encourage you to take up your own crown of sovereignty and wear it proudly atop your head.
We vow to honour you for the Queen, King or Sovereign Being that you are.
We are in service to you and our beloved land of Cornwall. We will be with you for your spiritual journey as and when you need us, and in whatever way you need us.
We vow to be in service to you and the Spirit of Cornwall.
We care so deeply about this sacred land, and because of this we are as eco-friendly as we can be. We do all that we can to keep this land clean, healthy and loved.
We vow to care for the physical land of Cornwall and Mother Earth, just as much as we tend to the spiritual land the Spirit of Cornwall & Mother Earth..
We are an inclusive Temple community, accepting and embracing everyone, no matter who you love, no matter the colour of your skin, how able bodied you are or whether you are in a body of your chosen gender. We do recognise that these things can, and unfortunately do, act as a disadvantage against you within society, and we do not turn a blind eye to the struggles that you may face, but the Temple of Cornwall will always support you and fight alongside you for your rights to be upheld.
We will never teach or profit of anything that is not from our Celtic culture. We teach the Celtic version of the appropriated acts that are so prevalent within the spiritual community, such as teaching saining rather than smudging.
When possible and appropriate, we will raise the voices of the less privileged.
We vow to be inclusive, we vow to be your ally. We vow to remember & teach the Celtic ways. We vow to raise the voices of our more disadvantaged sacred siblings.
